Our Mission

• Here at Apen Park we aim to breed top quality performance horses with the ability to compete at an elite level while having the temperament that anybody can ride and love.
   

• We use only the best of imported stallions and imported frozen semen. This line up of Warmblood sires includes: Budweiser, Cairo 869,
   Don Duchovny, Dutchman, Ex Libris, Inspiration and Renegade Z in the imported stallions, and Caberet, Depardieu, Diamond Hit, Feiner Stern, Florestan, Junior STV, Latimer, Rhythm & Blues and Silvano in the imported frozen semen stallions.
   

• Our broodmare band is only small and we aim to produce only a handful of top quality foals each year. Sires for the broodmare band
  currently include: Inspiration (IMP/EXP), Depardieu (IFS) and Diamond Hit (IFS). Future broodmare sires will include Renegade Z (IMP) and Don Duchovny (IMP). Past broodmare sires have been Bicentenary (TB), New Discovery (TB), Cairo 869(IMP/EXP), Ex Libris (IMP), Dutchman (IMP), Falmon, Penmarric Killarney (AA) and Valuta (IMP).

Company Profile

• Apen Park is situated at Jindera near the New South Wales and Victorian borders. Just 15 Minutes from the heart of Albury. We have the Albury/Wodonga Equestrian Centre nearby and it caters for Dressage, Show jumping, Eventing, Reining, Polo Crosse and much more.
   

• At Apen Park we take great care to ensure that our foals grow up strong and healthy, so that they can have a long and productive career ahead of them. To do this we keep a careful watch on their nutritional needs. We ensure that all horses have access to good quality improved pasture that is regularly soil tested, limed and fertilized. All feeds that are used are well balanced and designed for the young growing horse or for the broodmare. We provide the horses with good quality Lucerne, oaten or pasture hay depending upon the time of the year and that horses specific requirements.
